Chocolate Ice Cream

This recipe is a little different, because it is based off the fact that I have 2 half pint soft serve ice cream makers. So this is how it is written out. I'm sure you could make the same ice cream with a different ice cream maker, you just might have to tweak the directions a bit.

We give it a solid A
Makes 2 Servings (12 oz)
Recipe:

Ingredients-
          8 tsp unsweetened baking cocoa
          4 Tbs sugar
          1 cup half and half
          1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions-

Combine cocoa and sugar and stir to mix.

Add a small amount of half and half and mix.

Add remaining half and half and vanilla.  Stir until well-mixed.

Chill for 30 minutes or more.  Put half in one freezer bowl and run motor for 6-12 minutes until finished.  Repeat for other bowl.

NOTES:
1.  If you want to add nuts or brownie chuncks or anything wait until it is almost done, put them in and then restart motor.  Make sure you hold the lid down until its running smoothly.
