Citrus Cooler Sorbet

This recipe is a little different, because it is based off the fact that I have 2 half pint soft serve ice cream makers.  So this is how it is written out.  I'm sure you could make the same sorbet with a different ice cream maker, you just might have to tweak the directions a bit.

We give it a solid B+
Makes 2 Servings (12 oz)
Recipe:

Ingredients-
          1 1/3 cup orange juice
Grated zest of 1/2 of a lemon
           4 Tbs sugar

Directions-
Combine all ingredients and stir well to mix.  Chill in refridgerator for a bit (30 mins or so).

Place half of mixture into frozen bowel, repace lid; then start the motor.  Let run for 6-12 minutes until sorbet is set.

NOTES:
    1.  Next time I think I'm going to add a little bit of Half and Half to make it creamier... and then I think it would be an A- :)
